Roero Arneis Riserva D.O.C.G. 2019 Magnum - IL PEDRINO
White wine obtained from 100% Arneis grapes, grown in the hills of Santa Vittoria d'Alba, in Piedmont. The Roero Arneis Riserva DOCG "Il Pedrino" Magnum by Dabbene Daniele represents the excellence of Piedmontese white wines.
The vines, located at an altitude of about 320 meters, grow on marly and sandstone soils rich in mineral salts, limestone, clay and sand, which give the wine a marked minerality and complexity. This unique terroir enhances every characteristic of this variety, making "Il Pedrino" an ideal choice for lovers of structured wines.
Harvested by hand at the end of September, the Arneis undergoes maceration on the skins for 3-4 days. The fermentation, spontaneous thanks to indigenous yeasts, takes place in stainless steel tanks for a period ranging from 10 to 30 days. After fermentation, the wine ages for at least 20 months on the fine lees in second and third passage barriques, enhancing the structure and organoleptic characteristics, typical of a great Roero Arneis Riserva DOCG
The refinement continues for a further 12 months in magnum, at a controlled temperature, before being ready for sale, offering a white wine of great depth, elegance and longevity, perfect for special occasions or a refined gift.
